All 3 rooms are comply with the requirements of the tourism authority of Flanders. All rooms equipped with special care phones to call for emergency assistance to the hotel reception. Other features include easy wheelchair access in the bar, toilets, restaurants and a portable PC for internet access is available at the reception. The hotel’s private car park also has two reserved spaces with valet services if required. In January 2008, Hotel de' Medici is the only 4-star hotel in Brugge awarded with the accessibility label from The Flemish Tourist Board's by fulfilling accessibility policies.
