We had a lovely stay at your hotel, from the reception, the restraunt, the bar in the evening and the breakfast, everyone was friendly and polite. The room was clean and bright and looked over the Japanese garden. We had to think quite hard for something to say against the hotel, the only thing we could think of was the lift was quite slow! We had a great stay, thank you.

The man on reception was very helpful and friendly.

We booked the hotel at short notice and was surprised how easy it was to find,our room was over looking the canal which was lovely. The hotel is bigger than it looks from the outside. Room was very big and comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was plentiful. I would definately stay there next time I'm in Brugge.The walk to the market place is approx 8 mins but pleasant along the canal.

The location and facilities of the Golden Tulip Hotel de Medici were perfect for my leisure week-end in Brugge. I stay in different hotels each week for business and this hotel was as good or better than many of them.

Absolutely satisfied. Will certainly come back soon. Could during winter. In any case on week days and for longer period. May I suggest that the coffee machine be replaced by real espresso/cappucino high pressure machine. Thank you.
